The BRIDGES:BKY project is a Wellcome Trust-funded collaboration between colleagues at the Universities of Bristol (UK), Yonsei (Korea), and Kyoto (Japan). The project seeks to build bridges between (1) early career bioethics researchers in these regions (and beyond), (2) the different disciplines that make up bioethics, and (3) bioethical theory and healthcare practice.
The project hosts various conferences and workshops, and its next event, which is co-ordinated by colleagues in Yonsei, runs from 20 to 22 March (approx. 2.5 hours each day). The event runs online and focuses on the ethics of end-of-life care. Please see the attached programme, which includes the times (in Korea, Japan, and the UK – European delegates will need to adjust these to their local time). Attendance is free, and the programme includes a QR link to register to attend.
