I am a philosopher currently working for an European Research Council Advanced Grant Project, Roots of Responsibility: Metaphysics, Humanity, and Society, at UCL. For BRIDGES, I have designed this website, and help maintain it.

My research interests would suggest that I am a jack of all philosophical trades (I certainly am a master of none): I am game for studying anything that characterises us as distinctive human animals—e.g. reason, language, art, ethics, rules, religion, law, philosophy—especially drawing on the works of Aristotle, Aquinas, Kant, Wittgenstein, Anscombe, and Bernard Williams.
